George Kitchen, Rob Hayes and their
lending staff represent well over 100 years experience in
Residential Mortgage Lending and Banking. Mr. Kitchen,
who is a retired Bank President with over 40 years experience
in banking and finance also is an expert in home lending.
Besides being a graduate of the School of Mortgage Banking at
Northwestern University, Chicago, Illinois, he also holds a
Bachelors Degree from Spring Arbor Methodist College. Mr.
Hayes who is an expert in the Reverse Mortgage Program has also
been the top producer of loans for the last 4 years at Seniors
Equity Income INC. He is a former small business owner who resides with his family in Frankenmuth, Michigan.
Rob has served on many boards and civic organizations over the
years including Genesee County Aging in Place Advocacy Group,
The Tri Cities Senior Marketing Group, Flint Traffic Club and
the St. Lorenz Parent Teacher League. Mr. Hayes holds a
Bachelors Degree from University of Michigan - Flint.
